When posting content on the Website including without limitation product review, you agree not to make comments that are not factual in nature including without limitation making any racist comments, using profanity, abusing another user, disrespecting another culture or any other derogatory or inappropriate comments. Kunooz will not be responsible or liable in any way for the content that you post on the Website.
ORDERS FOR THE PRODUCTS
The products are subject to availability. If, for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product(s), unless you wish to accept a substitute product.
Please note that you can order up to three (3) items of a product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or any other problem identified by us.
We reserve the right to exclude any products or any brands at our discretion.
The products we sell are not intended for resale.
By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the product(s) as indicated during the order process, including any delivery charges applicable to that order.
PAYMENT METHODS & POLICY
The price of the products and delivery charges are shown in Saudi Arabian Riyal(s) (“SAR”).

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation by the issuer. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.
The details on your credit/debit card used to make the payment must match the exact ID information of the cardholder.
All credit/debit cards’ details will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties except by our online payment gateway service provider.

PRODUCTS LIABILITY
By buying products through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that Kunooz carries no product liability save as described in the preceding paragraphs in relation to returning and exchanging the products or refunding the price paid, and that full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Riyadh courts.
